  • Messages waiting approval?

In private clubs there is something in my notifications that needs me to approve messages.

I'm not sure what this is for, can someone please enlighten me?

    Messages waiting approval?

Sorry this doesn't answer your specific question, Aashee, but something happened to a message I tried to post which also fits this thread title. I just tried to be helpful and answer a question for a Micechatter, but when I hit "post quick reply" a message appeared stating that my message had to be approved. If all posts are delayed like this it could make thread exchanges a little less lively.

However, if my Richard Pryor-like dangerous humor has caused the Micechat network to delay my (and only my) live words, then cool! :yea:

I'm having trouble posting too. Everything I submit has to undergo approval. It makes me think 'did I do something wrong?'

      ---------- UPDATE ----------

Moderators were able to fix the problem! I can finally post normally. Apparently my posts were going through but were not visible on the threads except to Moderators. If anyone is still having trouble seeing their posts, send a message to any of the moderators and they should be able to help you out.

Apparently it was from using the word B double O, B.

With some of the changes to the boards and to prevent spamming new members may need to be moderator approved. But this shouldn't apply to clubs as far as I know.

We're using a Spam Filter that's a little more agressive than we had before, because we've been getting lots of spam over the last few weeks with all the DCA and Cars Land coverage.

We've got it set so that if you've made 5 posts before, you should never be moderated - but if you're under 5 posts, it may be moderated if it contains a link.
