  • Asking for a Photographers section on the forums

    Hello everyone,
Admins and Moderators I was wondering what would be the chances of having a section for the Disneyland Photographers. It would be a great place for the Disney photographer to be able to talk photography like techniques and share gear reviews for Disney photography. It would make it easier for all the photographers to plan photo walks as well. Great appreciate the time.

Isn't there something like that already? I thought I read about it somewhere but i've been looking and I can't find it. The Daily Photo Sharing thread has sparked an interest in photography for me

Thank you Poisonedapples for my my my signature!!!

How exciting! It's a fantastic hobby, especially with the digital cameras. I started when it was all still film, and digital has really improved my skill, since you can see right away if the shot worked or not. And you can reshoot if it's bad.

I love this idea! It'd be great to be able to talk to other photographers about techniques and gear.

Thanks for the interest! We have so many wonderful photographers on this site... its really inspired me to work at getting better at taking pictures too!

We're already a hugh site, with a lot of sections, forums and sub forums. While this might be something we might consider for the future, right now it would stretch us a bit far. We are primarily a Disney fan site.

In addition to the photo sharing thread, we also have the thread started by Hotsauce1 devoted to the technical side of photography already in the Disneyland section. Hotsauce has no problem with people coming into his thread and talking about gear and techniques!
