  • How to change member status

I wasn't sure where to ask this question...I have been a member of Micechat since 2010 but my member status still says "New Member." How does this get updated? Thanks!

Click on Settings on the top of the MiceChat page. This appears in the Blue area on the right.

Then you should find on the left of your page a line that says Edit Profile. Click on that.

Scroll down to the section that says Custom User Title. You should be able to type in a new title for yourself. You can create your own up to a certain amount of letters, and within the guidelines of MiceChat's FAQ.

Then scroll down to the bottom where it will say. Save Changes.

This thread will work better in this forum The Forums

Make sure you type in a new title of your own and click "save changes" at the bottom

Perhaps there is a post count attached to when you can change your status.

            Just a thought.

Under where you type in the new words you want displayed, there is also a toggle, titled Custom User Title (or words to that effect). Toggle it to "yes" before saving your changes. If you have any problems, just drop me a note and we'll get you sorted out!
