New Posts Timing Out

This morning, I've been noticing my new posts count is refreshing itself much faster than last week.

Previously, as long as I clicked on New Posts about every 10-15 minutes, it would retain my post count, and the list of new posts from the last time I logged in. This morning, it is dropping my New Posts list down to zero even if I click on New Posts every 2-3 minutes!!!!

This is REALLY impacting my MiceChat viewing. What's with this new post count reset time?????

I also noticed this, I had 297 posts to read, I refreshed and they were gone

Sorry for the tweak, with the New Posts option, there is an option to exclude specific forums, and I've been tweaking with the code. Settings are restored to 20 minutes.

Hastin, everytime that I post "quick reply" it shows that it was a duplicate post and takes me back to the first post in the thread. Also, I'm getting duplicate pm's for every pm that I get

Ok, how to I remedy the posts disappearing? I opened MC up at work today and I have 1007 new posts. I went back in after a few minutes and it went down to 11, very frustrating to try and guess which posts are actually new and I hate to think I am missing something.

So does anyone know the secret? Or is it possible to turn off the auto read new posts option somewhere?

If you don't do any MiceChat activity, there is a timeout of twenty minutes. However, that is cleared if you close your browser/visit another site.

Well, I juust keep my buddy liist open and it works fine w/refreshing so my posts are still new
