Where can we read all the Reputation Comments? Since the rep system has changed, I haven't been able to find the area where we can read comments received, and comments we've given. TIA

You can't anymore. A lot of people were abusing it as a form of communication, instead of as an actual system of recognizing good (and not so good) posts.

I believe that because the system is now more based on anonymity that we can no longer see the comments associated with the rep. Maybe check out the FAQs?

That makes sense, but then again, why is there even a section to leave comments if no one is seeing them? Why not just a couple of buttons for good/bad rep?

We need to be able to see them, though, to make sure it's not being abused or retaliatory. It still needs to be trackable for moderatorly purposes. All you need to worry about is keeping yourself in the green.

I miss it too, but I find that I'm giving more public accolades to people, and posting more, and "meeting" new members on the board this way. I think that's a good thing.

I have actually found myself giving LESS reputation, just because I feel like whatever I'm saying is just being lost in cyberspace somewhere. I definitely understand the reason for the change, but I was never one to just pass out rep for the friendship thing. Too bad it was abused, since it was nice to read the nice comments from people.

Ditto for me. The thing that I liked most about the Rep system was the comments people would leave about my posts. They told me far more about the quality of my posting than points or bars or whatever else ever did. It's truly a shame to lose that, and an even bigger shame that a fun little aspect of the boards that was actually worth something has been neutered to the point of complete uselessness because a few dorks couldn't use it properly. I would much rather it be that system abusers be suspended and/or banned for their actions than the rest of us lose out, but it's obviously not my call, so whatever. I've still given out a few reps, but it's become less and less frequent since the rep changes as it really means nothing now. Hopefully things will change back sometime soon, but one can only hope.

I'm giving out less or close to none now as well.
