Hi all,

I mailed in the order form, and received a letter telling me how to get the magazine case.

Here are the instructions they gave:

go to http://www.d23quarterlycase.com

In the space that asks for a code to enter the store, use DISNEY in all caps. It will then ask you for your information and to create a username and password. Then just follow the on-screen instructions for ordering the case.

It's $42 before shipping for the empty case. But like I said, I really enjoy mine, and consider it a good investment and protection for the magazines.

Well I'm not going to create a login just to see a picture. That's why I was asking if anyone had pictures Hopefully someone who has ordered it will post pics when they recieve it.

I apologize. I wasn't thinking about you having to sign up and everything. I have already done so, and just log in with a username and password. Sorry! I have never posted pics here before, but I will try!

They were selling these cases at the Studios/Archives tour today, and when I mentioned that I ordered mine online, they asked how that was possible. The D23 castmembers who were selling the case suggested that I ordered it from an unauthorized source. Not sure what to make of that, but it was no difference in price. However, I could have saved some money from shipping had I known it would have been made available at the event. I asked if they would be selling it at the Toby Tyler screening or the Anniversary party at DL, and they said they were not sure.

Also, they were selling the full set of archives patches, including the misspelled "Monroail" patch, for $30.

Obviously, the cast members who told you this were misinformed.

They were giving out order forms for the cases at the Magic and Merriment event at WDW, which I attended. You filled in your name and address, mailed it in and received a letter in the mail from D23 telling you to go to the website I provided earlier. They must have been confused and not realized you can purchase it online.

What was the 'Bonus' patch? I thought there were only 6 in the collection, besides the only other patch D23 has done, which was the security replica patch from the Studios from the tour. Was this the bonus patch?

Also, did you recieve any kind of free gift?

I didn't buy any of the patches, but my guess isthe bonus patch was the typo patch for the monorail or can also be the security badge patch. I'm doubtful of that since they still have to save a few for the future tours. From the looks of it, they were only selling overstocked items.

as for the free gift, we got the security badge like the previous tours.
