  • Does the purchase of LucasFilm change your mind about attending D23?

BlueSkyDisney touched on a point today about Star Wars topics at D23

That got me thinking... D23 Expo sure could be a hell of a lot more interesting if there was a huge LucasFilm presence. From ILM.. to gaming.. to the films.

Does Disney's acquisition of LucasFilm potentially change your view of attending D23?

I was already planning to attend this year, but I must admit that the LucasFilm acquisition along with talks of StarWars Episode VII locked it in for me. That and Marvel are what sold my husband on the idea of coming with me too.

We were already hoping to attend, but this will definitely amp up the excitement. However, I fear that this will lead to even longer lines than last time when Marvel was the big, new thing. So now with Marvel and Lucas, I think it will only get worse. But we've been to the last 2 expos and would like to continue attending. The problem lies with the fact that we can no longer hop in the car and drive. We now have to figure in airfare and though it's still several months away, well, there's a lot happening between now and then. *fingers crossed*

Have they indicated that D23 Expo will have a LucasFilm presence?
