    Hi, I signed up for D23.

    When I log in, I get this message:

    Uh-Oh!
    You are sure you've entered everything correctly? Please double check your information below and you'll be on your way. For additional assistance, please see our Help page.
    Member ID does not match First and Last Name

    Unfortunately, my member name and number are infact correct. Any ideas?

    I'm having the same problem, yet I was able to register for the Mickey Through The Decades event.

    I emailed customer service and they said I had all the information correct and should contact the telphone support if I was still having issues. Haven't had time to call support yet.

      I had the same issue happen to me. Mine, however, was a gift membership, so I had to input the name of the person who bought it for me and then later change it within the Membership Settings.
