  • Broadway performers in Anaheim benefit event 11/27

Attended a terrific fund-raising event last night for the Anaheim Performing Arts Center Foundation at the Heritage Forum Theatre, the first in a campaign to build a performing arts center in Anaheim. The Broadway performers, who had all donated their time & talents, included John Lloyd Young (Tony-winning Lead Actor for Jersey Boys), Lea Thompson (Cabaret), Sean McDermott (Jekyll and Hyde), Nicole Parker (Wicked), James Barbour(Beauty and the Beast), Michelle Duffy (Leap of Faith), James Synder (Crybaby) and more. The show also featured young performers such as the Musical Theatre University's The Kids Next Door, Mission Viejo student Caitlin Baunoch (13) and Nathan Shrake, a Dapper Dan at DL and also in the new Tangled live show at the El Capitan Theatre.
