  • HELP! I can't find this Graphic Novel

In Spring 2010 I visited the national de Marine in Paris, France. In their boutique was a hardcover Graphic Novel (50+ pages) following the life of a Female Pirate during the golden age of piracy. I don't remember if it was in French or not.

It was in full color and drawn very sleek, very dark, sexy, and a little gritty. It reminds me a little bit of 'Voyages of the She Buccaneer'.

However it's not fantasy (IE: no monsters, talking skeletons, etc) they were very real situations, battles, accidental deaths, poor travel conditions, and period appropriate clothing... it was GREAT! The author has certainly done their homework.

I've been kicking myself for not picking it up that day. I've been searching for it DESPERATELY since. HELP?
