  • "Adventures In The Magic Kingdom" for Nintendo...Anyone remember?

Inspired by the thread on The Monorail Game (disneylover4ever also remembers this awesome game), I wanted to start a topic on this classis Nintendo game as well. It was called Adventures In The Magic Kingdom I believe and it was for the Nintendo (1st system). I think it might of also been out for the Nintendo 64. The purpose was to find the 6 silver keys to the castle by playing a bunch of minigames. It has Disneyland trivia and the minigames were for the several rides: The Haunted Mansion (always reminded me of Ghosts and Goblins), The Pirates of the Carribean, Space Mountain (my fave that consisted of arrows), Thunder Mountain, and Autopia (like old racing games). I believe the end was a parade of sorts. So, anyone remember? It was one of my favorites! :ap:

p.s. I apoligize if there has been a topic on this before...I'm fairly new here.

I don't know this game! That sounds awesome. Actually, i remember this one game for the Sega that was 'educational', and it had to do with Mickey and his magic beans.

    It was SO much fun.

I'm not sure on the rules to posting links so I'll just say you can google it and probably find at least a picture of the cover of the game. People are selling it on Ebay and other sites. It seems to goes for pretty cheap ($5-$10).

I remember that one! I played it on my computer a lot my freshman year of college. I always ended up crashing Big Thunder, though. :lmao:

I'm sure you can find a downloadable ROM and emulator for this game.

Of course, that would be illegal.

I own this game and I love it! I always had trouble with the Space Mountain level.

I just grabbed it off ebay for $7.99 including shipping. I'll give a report at soon as I get a chance to play it. Time to fire up the ole NES again.

Is talking about NES emulation acceptable on this site?

Emulation and ROMs are questionably legal if you own(ed) the actual cartridge.

This game ROCKS!!! Especially when you're 10 years old and just dying to go to Disneyland! I had it back in the day, then I sold all my NES stuff. When I bought another nintendo 5 years ago, Adventures in the Magic Kingdom was one of the first games I bought (along with Zelda I and II of course!). I love this game!
