We have a front page filled with amazing content. We offer weekly meetups in the parks. Meets and events all over the world. Podcasts and videos. And we continue to maintain forums for your posting convenience. But with all those options, we can't be everywhere all the time. We need YOUR help. Please don't poke the trolls.     Hi y'all,

    I'm not exactly sure if it's because my computer is old or if this is how it's supposed to be, but is anyone else's computer really slow when trying to film a movie in Roller Coaster Tycoon 3? It can end up taking about one frame per 1-2 seconds--an enormously long time when trying to film something like a simple short roller coaster.

    I'm just curious if this will get any faster on a newer computer. Thanks!

    That's normal dude. That's how it records. So while it's recording, you might as well find something else to do in the mean time. But even though it takes forever to record, the finished video will play at a normal pace. So a few minute video can take several hours to record.
