I would say yes too, because personally I think the muscateer hat is ugly, and the purple carpet chair is rare, but not all that popular..

Thats a Toontown Fireplace not a firewall right, aren't Firewall's the windows with the flames?? Anyway like Zaris said they may sell it again at christmas so I wouldn't trade for it. But thats just my opinion.
