If you click on the icon that controls the Park there are several other icons in the window that opens. I forget just which one it is, put one of them bring up a map of the land that you own. At the top, bottom, left and right sides are arrows. Just click the expand arrow (up) and the land along that side will increase by one square. You can make the park even on all four sides or make a wide narrow or narrow wide park. It takes some time and don't do it after you have put thing down as they will exand as well. Don't do any landscaping before you increase the size of the Park as that will change the way things look.
