I actually just went on ebay and considered paying for a turn into bat magic. Suddenly my stupidy wore off and remembered how DUMB that is. Not only cuz its dumb, and prolly against vmk values. (i dont feel like checking) but it woulda costed me 10 bucks (or more) for something that might be rereleased in a few weeks. I wonder how many of those people on vmk have rare items they bought from ebay.. bird hats, magic, costumes.. eugh.

It is against VMK values, and it is pretty stupid, giving up hard earned money for a bunch of pixels.

It would have been bad if the code was a fake; would you have been able to get your money back if they had a guarentee (it is virtual...)? Also, I think that would fall under scripting tools (since there were never public bat magic codes).

So then technically, you are allowed to buy the codes, but not items or accounts, see?! I have actually considered buying codes frmo eBay. I don't feel it is stupid, rather, I never see myself gettin thousands of rares. And plus, what if I lose a couple bucks here or there? Well, I mean sure, to some that's maybe a lot, but I don't really have anything else to spend my money on lol. I still have $100 from the East Coast Trip.

The only VMK related item i'll buy from ebay is those used, collectable cards.

Other wise, it's totally stupid to buy a virtual item.

Buying and selling items on ebay is not against VMK values. Several people just found that out the white-knuckle way when they decided to report a scammer who bought their infernos and stitches and other rares on ebay with a bogus paypal account. To their relief, VMK is investigating the scammer, and they did not get banned.
