I don't really like the sound of "single use magic pins".

If you work hard to get the magic then it is not fun if its an single use ...

Well, that is what I think ...

I'm quite confused about this also, but I think we'll have to wait and see exactly how this will play out before we jump to conclusions. Maybe by single use they mean you can't combine them to make them into multiple-star magic?

Didn't Yavn also say that they also expire if you don't use them? I guess we will just have to wait and see what they are exatly. I just don't think it's a good idea, but I may change my mind later.

I am holding judgment until we see them as well. I think we are trying to wrap our heads around the pins being a lot like the magic pins we currently have and that is probably not the case.

We shall see.

I'm not too fond of them expiring and then leaving.

Didn't he just talk about working hard to get them IN your inventory for to be satisfied with a job well-done? I guess that idea is long gone this week.

Either way, I'm waiting too. Hopefully not all of them will just leave us - because what is really the point then?

I also think that we aren't casting spells as much since they cause people to dc and new ones haven't been released recently.

OK.. Here is my honest opinion.
I was reading Yavn's newsletter, totally spazzing out, and then I see this junk.. Im thinking - what's the use, if you can only use it one time, right?? I mean, how will they be rare? The worse part, is, if u want to save it - you almost can't, bc they will expire! So now im like, what the heck?!? Something MUST have been wrong when they thought this one up..
Im sorry - Im TOTALLY against it - there may be ONE possibility to like it a BIT if the magic's any good.. but - gosh, one time use? NOT liking the sound of that..

Think about this. This once used magic pin is needed to get to a certain place to get the new magic carpet permenant pin quest, however miss the question after youve complete the once use part.. and they send you back behind to where you need to use that item again. Suddenly that becomes a lot more valuable doesnt it?
(notice i have no idea if this will actually happen. just a thought. and i have no idea if magic carpet magic is coming out. just a thought)

I hope that Coral Magic won't a "single" use magic pin.
(Maybe Coral magic will be the much talked about Davey Jones magic pin)

Maybe we have to see how long the "single" use items will last ...

But I still do not like the idee ...

i think it could be good i mean you could need the magic to open a part of vmk kinda like a key that you only need to use once
