9/28/06 Host Quest--Spoilers!

Tonight's host quest will be available by accessing the "Q" button on the toolbar after you enter a player area. It will be listed as the last quest and is available only from 5:30-8:30 PST. The Prizes are purple turnstyle and purple penny press.

As with all VMK quests, it is recommended that you try the quest on your own first, and come to the spoilers only if you need assistance, as a last resort.

Below is the new quest spoiler format for MiceChat. Changes may occur, but please be considerate and enjoy your quest.

Ah! But it's not over yet. We still have the tron teleporters, and possibly, if not released for Halloween, pink tron suits. And the tables, chairs, and arcades are still availible. And last but not least, we still have Tron in our hearts, and minds, well, at least the sections in which Disney brainwashed us )!

1. How often are the host quest? I've never seen or heard of it till today.

2. I tried to play music for task 8 but it doesn't "congradulate me" and take me to the next task. I found out about the quest while I was playing a song and getting my credits from the game, so everyone kept saying Discovery Island so I check the Q and whala a quest I started it and now I'm here, how often can we play a song in the music lobby? So I know when to go back. Any idea??

you can play one whenever. you get credits every hour or so.

1. Quests are every Thrusday night from 5:30 to 8:30.

2. It should take you to the next task. And you can do music every 25 minutes or so.

The host quests are usually once a week ( Thursdays at 8:30-11:30 EST), but have been two for a while. A good way to check is to go to the vmk homepage and check, or downlaod vmkpal, and click on the calendar icon.

As for the music lobby question. I had a similar problem, and BPF helped answer this one for me. Apparently, the playing of the song does not complete the quest task, but getting the credits does. So, if the credits do not appear, you will not win the task. If this happens, try waiting, like you did, or play Jungle Cruise a few times. Either way, it will work.
