You have to be at least 16 years old

If you are not 16 or older, you cannot receive or send private messages. If you are 16 or older, you will have a message box and be able to receive private messages. To send them to a person, go to their public profile and click "Send A Private Message", but if they have disabled that option you will not be able to send a private message to them.

For safety reasons, Like everyone already said. You have to be 16+.

This site is mainly for disney theme parks. They could care less about VMK. I came on here before this VMK section came to be but i'm still mostly active in the Disneyland forum.

MiceChat VMK & SECURITY ANNOUNCEMENTS

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR MEMBERS AGE 13 to 15:

In an effort to comply with changing safety concerns on the Internet, we have slightly altered the services available to our members age 15 and younger. All members age 13 - 15 will continue to be able to read and post to the site, play the MiceGames, and read MiceSpaces. However, they will no longer have access to non-moderated sections of the site (such as Private Messaging). Those under the age of 13 may be able to view the site, but are not permitted to post.
