Everyone keeps mentioning halloween sales but I don't see anything different on the site!

I talked to VMK_Wilma about the Halloween sales she said there might be a green dress where everyone can buy for 5,000 I have no clue why that is so expensive. I tried to talk her into changing the color from green to black (VMK doesn't have much nice black things) she said maybe. Does that answer your question?
