Trading Button Help!

Sorry if this has been posted before. But I am having trouble unlocking my trade request button. I click on the x so it's there, and click OK, but people's still can't trade with meh!

I click on the x so it's gone but same problem!
How do I let people send me requests?

Hmm, usually you just have to go into the settings, make sure there is an "X" through the box, and click "OK".
