Can Someone Help Me!

I am unable to click on any of the rooms in VMK once I get in...the mouse pointer is a strange kind of hand and it won't let me click on anything! I've tried everything I can think of...reloaded shockwave, cleared cache and still can't get into any rooms. Can someone help?? Any suggestions on what I can try? Thanks!

Try re-downloading shockwave.

Well, I tried to re-install shockwave and that didn't work...still can't click on any of the rooms. Any other suggestions!!?? I'm getting frantic!

Restart computer.
When did this start, only today?
Try vmkpal instead if you already resatrted comp.

Try using a different internet browser like Firefox or IE. Clear the cookies and such from the computer, that might be a part of it also.
