Actually, there is a button on the bottom of the screen with a picture of the flag and an arrow pointing down....its on the panel that has what team your on and money and such....that will drop the flag

Yeah. There's a button, as how two other people said, at the bottom of teh screen, RIGHT next to the text box. And I'm sure we're all glad to help!
