We sometimes have our own ways to verify your real age and it's best to be truthful rather than not.

Are you serious that people would be suspended until they are 13? I never knew about this law. It seems that other sites let you sign up for things like this under 13. Is it because of those fill it out form things for parent consent or something?

I have the correct date for my birthday. I had no clue that it was federal law, because other sites seem to let you join anyway.

I don't know about others site, but MiceChat does care about the law and tries its best to follow though. A registered member under 13 violates the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

I accidently registered a year older and I never put the right myspace age down for safety issues.

Well this was my older sister's account until she gave it to me so it might be registered at an older age I'm 13 so no idea how old hers is btw she gave it to me so hapyp days :thumbup: If you could change it I'd be happily obliged
