I've been reading around, and I'm wondering what the heck are these VMK Tours and how do I get this/do this?

Are you talking about the park vmk tours? They stopped doing those a while back. You could take special tours in the parks and then receive codes as a reward after the tour.

Well, im currently working on one myself.....what it is: A player made ride through a bunch of rooms...most the time its a different room so you get to see them all....sometime they are themed..like a bunch of pirate rooms linked with ride parts.....to do it, just go to the room and get on the ride sit back and enjoy....to make one..well get rooms, and ride parts...build away............
