  • Losing Sound in VMK?

Just curious if I'm the only one. But, I'm always losing the sound in VMK. I checked the sound bars, but they all say that it's on.

Oh this happens but..the sound that you hear - are they the room sounds or the "sparkling" sound that you hear once you're logged on?..

          Just curious

There is no sound at all - my computer sound is turned up, the game sound is turned up - just all vmk sounds go away until I reboot the game.

Make sure it's not on mute. my dad always mutes the computer's volume bc he uses it early when ppl sleep. If not then uh..vmk is messing up.
I always turn off the volume of vmk off.

It will start off just fine, but then go off halfway through the VMK session.

That happens to me too. Right now though, I'm having trouble with VMK as a whole. It seems like it's going really slowly and about to crash. The sound is going in and out. Anyone else?

I have trouble with that sometimes, but only rarely. Usually, by the next time I log on everything is back to normal.

I have had the problem once or twice and I've found that I really can't play fireworks well at all without sound. I guess I am really used to the musical cues. )

It has happened to me when I go into the options where I can turn on/off the trade mode. I hear no music at all but I still hear the click sound when I click on things. When I go off VMK and back on everything is back to normal. :-)
Does expecting the unexpected make the unexpected expected? Oh, my VMK name is
TipperOfCows and I am a VMK addict!
