Can anybody tell me how to get it? I have autopia car magic but I don't have the license.

When life throws you lemons, eat them I mean what else do you do with lemons? Well I guess you could make lemonade but what if you don't have the necessary materials. go to the place you started the quest and go on the track and collect gas things..hope that helps -

Like sora123av said, go to autopia quest track and use your magic to ride where the little road with cones on it, then collect gas tanks so you don't run out of gas, then after a little bit of that a message will pop up saying that you have gotten your licence.
