With vmk central now closed at both parks I have a feeling there won't be an in-park quest. There would be nowhere to redeem the quest and receive the cards.

hmm interesting who knows im excepting LOTS of NEW and RETIRED to come out bc of 23 reasons; they came out with flip and blue princess~ juse a guess thoguh

I wouldn't get too excited. It's just a compilation of the logos and Halloween items in the picture.

I think they just chose the Sparrow outfit, because it's like a player dressing up in a pirate costume for Halloween.

Although, it would be great if it was significant.
