They seem to have a new window when you click shops! I think this way is much more organized.
Everything is divided into sections for each shop, even the specials!

VMK Halloween updates - 10/2/07

Lots of new Halloween updates for you, including halloween
themed rooms on mainstreet, new hair for boys, and new
loading screens.



Now when an avatar enters a room, their body loads in some
sort of spiral thing. I thought it was magic at first. lol






They decorated the main street rooms for Halloween!

Also, if you have a dark ride room, you'll notice
some spooky sounds in the background

There are some bugs happening though because I tried to add some prizes to my quest and it said I had multiple of certain items that I didn't so be careful what you sell or give away!

I'm holding off on opening my quest because of it, don't want to lose certain items.

I believe that the Girls also has got new hair.
I dont remember the Orange Alice hair being on VMK before.
Also, there's a glitch in the Haunted Mansion lobby that makes you fly in and out of the crypt. The entrance to the Haunted Mansion is accessible by clicking the middle of the crypt and not infront of it (like before).
And I think that the mansion lobby never had the NBC theme on any past Halloween's.

EDIT: The glitches in the Mansion lobby is apparently fixed now..

Wow, thanks guys! These updates are really cool! I just checked them out for myself a minute ago. Haha, I bet there's gonna be a dracula suit to go with the new hair.

Now they've just gotta add a feature that allows you to buy in bulk, and I'll be all set! :lol:

I think its just when a person enters a room, their avatar has to load. I guess thats just them loading

Yeah, I hacked the system and added it myself. MUHAHAHAHAHA :evil:

It is just loading items that have not done before. The build eariler in the year brought in the idea of only loading items as and when you need then as before you had everything loaded and it caused stress on the servers. We now have loading boxes and character swirls everywhere, gone slightly ott I think.
