Miss the Host pins? Read this.

I was in Hula's room today and she said there wasn't going to be a host pin this month (much to their kicking and screaming), and that if we (the vmk players) want a host pin, we should send something into contact us about it. Seems vmk staff think that us players are happy with just a bat bag.

So, if you miss the host pins, send something into Contact us, and let them know!

I know we have all wondered in game about the Host pins. Some of us have even complained (myself included). It seems that the people in charge of making and distributing new Host pins to the hosts, have decided we dont want them anymore. We all know it is not the Hosts that are to blame. They cant like having to hear every single event "When are the new Host pins going to be out". If they had them you know they would be handing them out just to shut us up, at least for a little while .. hehe.
Now I can write in to contact us but we all know how easy it will be for them to delete ONE complaint about no host pins. But maybe if we all start complaing they will have a much more difficult time ingoring that fact that we want our Host Pins back. I will send in a polite request each day at dinner time and ask that they return our Host pins. I hope everyone can join me and make VMK realize that Yes we like the pins, Yes we want them back, and No we wont stop complaining till they listen.
It has been so long since we actually had a Host pin I cant remember what the last one we got was. If they dont want to give us Host pins maybe we can suggest a Meet/Greet/Photo time with Yavn twice a week in a host room. Couple days of that and we would be sure to get back regular Host prizes :lmao:

Dinner time seems like the best time to take a two minute break and write a quick note to them. A bulk amount of messages about the same thing at around the same time will be very hard for them to ingore.

Yep!

Dinner time seems like the best time to take a two minute break and write a quick note to them. A bulk amount of messages about the same thing at around the same time will be very hard for them to ingore.

You'd be surprised who reads this forum. Just the fact we are talking about it here may have an impact. It's all a matter of numbers, though. Just a few players complaining might not have an impact. Actually, the same person complaining everyday may just annoy them. It's the number of DIFFERENT players that complain that will make the difference... not just the raw number of complaints.

If you want your host pins to return... contact all your VMK friends.

And it's just not just complaining.. it's our concern and feedback ... just like with this silly setup for Haunted Mansion and those orange crates. It should just be playing, not winning because it's creating a full game and lot of quitters. But that's another story.

Glad someone else noticed this, too, piglet.

The host pins are neat designs usually and fun to get for all the standing in line. Since it takes an hour and half to two hours to get into a host room for me, and zip if I get dc as the library will only let me on two hours a day, getting something nice seems a courtesy and is appreciated.
