I just caught wind of a new report from WDW. Apparently, you can rent the Cinderella Suite in the castle for $2,000 a night. Originally, they said the room wasn't going to be for sale and be exclusive to contest winners. However, a high demand to stay even one night in the room and a want for profit has overturned this original design concept.
That said, I believe VMK should do the same thing. For some insanely high price (100,000 just to be obnoxious about it), we should be able to buy the Dream Castle Suite from the stores. The price would also justify having it come with one bed and the fireplace that originally comes with the room as well. In other words, 100,000 credits will get you the room, a bed, and the fireplace in one single purchase.
I'll try to send this suggestion to the Contact Us link at least once a week until they do it, but I would like some feedback on this idea.
OH, and for all those people that are going to attack me that my suggestion is built on me being bitter about not getting what I would have liked to have gotten from the Dream Month last month, save it for another thread. This thread isn't about me being bitter about not getting a Dream Room. This thread is about making VMK similar to WDW in one little respect. You guys have done the same thing about not being able to ride the Matterhorn or Splash Mountain logs, and look what you can do now? You have Alice and Peter Pan to ride on. No reason why I can't be able to buy an expensive guest room that was originally part of some contest/random event/exclusively given out to very few people.
