Ok, I Kinda Stole This From The "Rate The Person Below You" Thread, But This One Should Be Easier To Follow.
Basicly, you are gonna rate the person who posted before you on a few different things on a scale of 1 - 10. I will post them below::

Over-All {This One Should Be An Average Of Other 3, but you can do it however you want}
And End It With A Fun Fact About The Person That Maybe Not Too Many People Know And You Do, and if you don't know one, then come up with a crazy story about them that is probably not true, and see if anyone believes it.! Lol.
Please don't post too many times, if you want to get more than 1 person's rating for you, that's understandable, but don't post every other time someone else does, Lol.
