  • Harper's Island (Murder Mystery on CBS)

Tonight on CBS, Harper's Island will begin. It begins with people arriving to an island for a wedding with a socialite and a pauper. Then, throughout the series, there are murders. There was a murder spree seven years ago on the island, and people think they are related. The list of possible murderers can be from wedding guests to locals on the island Yahoo TV! Insiders Guide has a list for the 25 possible suspects and/or victims.

Does anyone else like Murder mysteries? I thought it would be fun to try to solve the mystery before the end of the series (on the thirteenth episode, which promises all the answers).

So what did you guys think of the first episode?

It has me intrigued enough to continue watching and it doesn't hurt that CBS has a game to play each week to keep you entertained. Sadly my pick for Victim was wrong However, my sister is also playing the game and she guessed right so she should get a 100 points :yea: We are trying to get the $1.000.00 dollar prize and also have a little fun while trying to solve the mystery.

My only complaint about the show is that the deaths are as gross as a scary movie death to me so that will take a little bit of getting used to.

I am more of a sci fi fan so it is nice to have something like this to get interested in.

If you like the gore in scary movies then Harper's Island is the show to watch.

I am not much for scary movies like my sister is (she is usually the one talking me into even watching them) ,but I did love the fact that they threw in as many cliches that a scary movie has in that one hour. )

                    Good morning, son
                    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
                    It was pain
                    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...
