Has anyone else watched this? It premiered last Wednesday night on the History Channel. This show is fun! It centers around the archeological excavations of Dr. Zahi Hawass, the famed Egyptologist (who is quite the diva). Also featured in the show are the fellowship students who are interning under him, the guy in charge of the fellowship, some of Dr. Zahi's fellow archeologists and the film crew who is doing the documentary series (they were only allowed to film if they included themselves in the show).
It's exciting and whoever is in charge of editing should totally win an Emmy.

We watched it last night. I thought it was pretty good. You are right about Dr. Zahi being a diva.

Last night's was very interesting. Derek doesn't seem to get as much screen time as the girls, but to be fair, he says things he really shouldn't any time he does (like suggesting aliens built the pyramids to probably the most passionate man of Egyptology).
I feel really bad for Zoe. Either she'll be out of the fellowship by the end of the season, or if this was a novel or a film, she'll become the greatest archeologist ever.
