Okay, as Sunnygirl said - more useless crap from VH1

I was flipping channels and caught about 2 minutes of this show. I understand the premise to be a guy teaching a bunch of losers how to pick up on women. Now, my big question is - the pick-up artist - what woman would go out with this freaky looking thing??!!! #1, he appears to bat for the other team, #2, he looks more high maintenance than any woman I've met, #3 - he's freaky looking!!!!

So, has anyone else actually watched this show and could possibly explain this to me????

I too have been confonded by the lead guy on this show. Certainly wouldn't be my first choice.

However... I've also noticed that a lot of what they teach these guys is about listening to women, paying attention to the signals they give them (good and bad), and generally how not to engage in creepy behavior. So it's not all bad

You can tell they were probably picked on in school :lol: . But anyway, It is such a corny show. It's also disgusting just thinking that women would fall for a guy like "Mystery."

Here's the interesting thing... I am with you that Mystery (I know...even hard to type with a straight face) seems like a total nut job with a completely bizarre look... BUT... some of the stuff he is teaching these guys is really interesting. I mean, it's a completely shallow premise, but the people skills he is teaching is fascinating. Plus, his teaching skills (or that of the writers) is very cool. It's an odd show. My wife really enjoys it, and I can't seem to turn away when she's watching it.
