New Pixar movie with a Scottish princess?

There was a recent article in the Wall Street Journal discussing how Disney markets the princess line. One sentence caught my eye...

"Two other animated princess-based movies - one starring Rapunzel and another starring a Scottish princess in a new Pixar production - will be rolled out after that."

Does anyone know anything about this movie?

Sounds interesting. I know Lassiter is against Pixar doing anything that might be concidered a fairy tale, so I'm not sure if I believe this or not.
