  • Dinner: Impossible Star Sacked for Lying

Chef Robert Irvine claimed he was a cook for Queen Elizabeth and for The White House. The chief cook at Resorts International Hotel/Casino was the host of Food Network's Dinner Impossible, a series where he was given assignments from organizing a tailgate party with no food and only a few dollars to making a meal for a Ren Fair using original equipment, when he told a newspaper that he padded the old resume on QEII and 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

Now, Marc Summers Productions, Philadelphia-based Shooters Post and Food Network have fired him, but will complete the current season. They're now looking for a new host.
