If this is real then we might finally get Disney america. Now here's the thing. We don't know if who bought the land yet and if it's disney then it could be Disney america or perhaps a magic kingdom midwest. I myself if this is disney I'll sure as hell i'll be going to Kansas more but for now it's only a rumor so let time pass, we could get word on the rumor at D23.

It's a wild rumor that pops up constantly all over the world without any real substance.

I seriously doubt Disney would open a 3rd park in the US. The Midwestern weather would make Disney have to deal with one element they don't normally do: snow.
The list of Disney people I've encountered in my life: John Lasseter, Brad Bird, Lee Unkrich, Darla K Anderson, Eric Goldberg, Don Hahn, Peter Schneider, Burney Mattinson, John Musker, Ron Clements, Nik Ranieri, John Kahrs, Jeff Turley, Patrick Osbourne, Dave Bossert, Roy P Disney.

People I would love to meet in person: Glen Keane, Andreas Deja.

Im guessing you've never seen any of the lovely photos of Disneyland Paris or Tokyo Disneyland in the snow.

But a difference is we in the US travel south for sun. We don't all have snow were we live. Most of Japan and Europe gets snow. It's a fact of life for them, not for us.
