This is NOT an early April Fools Day joke.
Recently, Sony/Spiderman producer Amy Pascal(the same woman who was involved in the Sony's Email controversy in 2014) expressed doubt in an interview, that Disney's current deal with Sony would only last til the untitled Spiderman 2(sequel to Spiderman's Homecoming) which will be released in July 2019.
Currently, Sony owns the film rights to Spiderman and are allowing Disney/Marvel to produce the Movie, with Sony distributing the solo Spiderman movies.
It should be noted that Spiderman will appear in the Avengers 3 and 4(May 2018 and May 2019) however no third Spiderman movie has been greenlit yet.
