Kevin Feige has confirmed that Deadpool will be getting a 3rd installment in the MCU. My speculation, is that Marvel will release the movie under the "20 Century" banner, instead of "Disney".

The Hollywood Reporter revealed that Disney greenlit a 4th Captain America film. Malcom Spellman, Showrunner of The Falcon and The Winter Soilder, will write the script with fellow TFATWS scribe, Dalan Musson.

          *SPOILER ALERT TO TFATWS FINALE*

In the Finale of TFATWS, Sam Wilson/Falcon finally took on the mantle of the new Captain America, succeeding Steve Rogers and the recently fired John Walker. Whether the film will center on Wilson, Rogers and/or even Walker, is unknown.
'Falcon and the Winter Soldier' showrunner Malcolm Spellman will ben the script for 'Captain America 4,' starring Anthony Mackie.

Wow! This is something to look forward. Just feeling sad for the Black Panther's regal actor, Chadwick Boseman. My heart is still on him, but any idea who's going to be the lead now?

The long standing theory, is that T'Challa's sister, Shuri(played by Letitia Wright) takes up the mantle. In the comics, Shuri temporarily became the Black Panther, when T'Challa's was recovering from injuries.
