  • [Chat] Frozen a success or not?

Today, this weekend, i acknowledge in the box office, it has gained 126 million last weekend to 190 MILLION dollars. it's incredible. But are the story lines OK, or awesome to? should i actually go and see it? i never see it yet, but three songs they add on you tube is nice, and the clips are okay.

It's good. I expect it too be popular through the end of the year.

Several micechatters have their reviews in this topic: http://micechat.com/forums/walt-disn...-thoughts.html'

I'd say the movie is worth seeing, nice twist at the end. The main storyline is ok. The animation was just ok, and the songs left something to be desired. I just posted more details in the main movie review topic.

From a quality standpoint, personally I think that its box office performance is well deserved, and that it should be making even more than this. What's incredible to me is how movies such as Despicable Me 2 and Avatar made over $100 million, let alone the ridiculous amounts that they actually made. I just don't get it. But we're all different, of course, and see movies and everything else in our own ways.

I'm biased because I enjoyed Frozen so much, but for what it's worth I think that it's worth a shot.

It sure seems to have good staying power.

Is Frozen a success? Yes! One of Disney Animations most successful films of recent times and even made Box Office History this Week!
Frozen took in $10.3 million on Friday for an expected three-day weekend north of $28 million -- the second best showing of all time for a film in its sixth weekend after Avatar ($34.9 million) and besting current record-holder Titanic ($25.2 million).

But yes, I highly recommend Frozen. It's one of Disney's best movies! The animation, story and music are all amazing!
